I’m including a list of creative people and projects that I think you’d all enjoy here. Some of these are run by people I know or have had the pleasure of working with; for others, I’m just a big fan and want more people to see their work. None of these are paid endorsements.

Novels and writing

Space Wizard Science Fantasy - a small press focused on publishing queer and BIPOC stories. As of me writing this, they have not one, but TWO Lesbians in Space anthologies! The first turned out so nice, they had to do it twice!

Comics

One of my best friends is the creator of Dreamer from a Distance, a webcomic set in a world of anthropomorphic animals and featuring an arctic fox who can explore others’ dreams. It’s available to read on Webtoon and Tapas, and has been translated into Japanese and Spanish!

Artwork

Another close friend of mine runs Frazzled Frog, where she sells stickers, prints, and other fun items featuring popular video game and animated characters, mushrooms, and of course plenty of frogs.

Michael Plondaya is the artist behind Graft’s cover art! I adore his flora and fauna illustrations, where he imagines new and unsettling species.
